This Privacy Policy applies to the Grace Android app, the Grace iOS app (each, the “App”), and the Grace website at blessameal.com (the “Website”). It explains what information the App and Website access, where that information goes, how long it is kept, and the choices you have.
Grace is developed and operated by Viktor Arsovski. NoAddedSugar, SkoolDev, and ViksaaSkool are internet and developer aliases used by Viktor Arsovski; they are not separate legal entities. On Google Play, Grace is published under the developer name ViksaaSkool. When distributed through the Apple App Store, the seller name is Viktor Arsovski. In this Privacy Policy, “Grace,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Viktor Arsovski as the operator of the App and Website.
Grace is an entertainment app that checks whether a photo you provide looks like a meal, then adds a humorous “blessing” watermark to it. The App is designed to keep your photos on your device.
The App has:
This policy separates (a) information processed on your device, (b) information handled by the operating system or platform services, (c) information you send us directly, and (d) information handled independently by services you choose to use.
Grace asks for access to your camera and to photos you choose so that it can perform its core function:
Grace does not access your microphone, contacts, calendar, precise location, health data, or advertising identifier, and it does not request those permissions.
When you provide a photo, Grace processes it on your device:
Your photo pixels are not sent to us and are not uploaded to a Grace server. We do not have a server that receives your photos. Classification and watermarking happen locally on your device.
Classification is approximate and is provided for entertainment only. It can be wrong in both directions. See the Disclaimer for details.
Grace stores files and preferences locally using your platform’s app storage:
On Android, these files are stored in the App’s app-specific external pictures folder (or the App cache if external storage is unavailable). On iOS, these files are stored in the App’s Documents directory.
Grace does not add your photos to a shared feed, does not publish them, and does not show them to other users. There is no community feature.
Grace can open your device’s native share sheet so you can send a blessed image, or an invitation message containing a store link, to an app or person you choose. Sharing only happens when you start it. We do not receive a copy of what you share. The destination you choose processes the content under its own terms and privacy policy, and we do not control what it retains.
The Android version of Grace uses Google ML Kit for image labeling. Google states that ML Kit processes input images and outputs on the device and does not send your image content to Google for this purpose. However, the ML Kit SDK separately collects diagnostic and usage data and transmits it to Google. According to Google’s published ML Kit Android data disclosure, this can include:
Google states that this data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and is not transferred to third parties. Google uses it for diagnostics and usage analytics. Google’s handling of this data is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy. This diagnostic data is collected by the SDK and is not something we receive or store ourselves.
The iOS version of Grace does not use Google ML Kit. It uses Apple’s Vision framework on your device.
This Website is hosted on GitHub Pages at blessameal.com. The Website uses no first-party analytics, forms, advertising, or tracking scripts. It serves static files and links to the NoAddedSugar website operated by Viktor Arsovski under that alias.
When you open this Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, or the Terms and Conditions inside the App, the App loads the corresponding page from blessameal.com in an embedded browser view. Loading these pages makes ordinary web requests, which may include your IP address, browser or device user agent, and the page requested. These requests are handled by GitHub as the hosting provider under the GitHub Privacy Statement. The embedded view may store cookies or local storage created by the pages it loads. We do not use these pages to build a profile of you.
We use HTTPS for these pages. Some pages may link to external destinations; when you follow an external link, you leave Grace and the destination’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
In the current version, Grace does not automatically send us:
The App does not use first-party analytics or advertising SDKs, does not require an account, and does not sell your personal data. The App does not monitor you in the background and does not transmit data in the background.
The current version of Grace does not offer in-app purchases. If in-app purchases or subscriptions are added in a future version, they will be processed by the store through which you obtained the App, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment information is handled by the applicable store under its own privacy policy, and we would not directly receive or store complete payment-card information. This policy would be updated before or when such features are released.
Your operating system may include App data in device backups, restores, or device-to-device transfers. On iOS, files stored in the App’s Documents directory may be included in device or iCloud backups depending on your settings. Apple, Google, or your device manufacturer control those backups under your device settings. Grace does not provide its own cloud-sync service. Because platform backups may retain copies, App data can leave your device through these services even though Grace itself does not upload it.
Captured, selected, and blessed photos are retained locally in the App’s storage. In the current version, Grace does not automatically expire or delete these files and does not yet provide an in-app control to clear them. You can remove App data by:
Deleting the App may not immediately remove copies retained in platform backups. Because your photos are stored on your device and not on a Grace server, we cannot remotely access, correct, or delete them for you. Copies you have shared with another app or person are controlled by that destination and cannot be deleted by Grace.
If you email contact@viktorarsovski.xyz or contact us on GitHub, you choose what information to provide. GitHub issues and discussions may be public. We use correspondence to respond to your request and may retain it as reasonably necessary to answer you, keep records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence we control, subject to applicable requirements.
Grace is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Grace does not require an account and does not send us your photos or activity, so we generally cannot access or delete locally stored content. If you are a minor, use the App only with approval from a parent or guardian where required by your jurisdiction. Parents or guardians with concerns may contact us at contact@viktorarsovski.xyz.
We take reasonable measures to keep Grace and its Website secure. Data transmitted to or from the Website and platform services is transmitted using modern encryption such as HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We operate from North Macedonia. Third-party services described in this policy, such as Google, Apple, and GitHub, may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States, under their own safeguards and privacy frameworks. Because Grace itself does not transmit your photos or activity to us, we do not transfer that content internationally.
Your choices depend on where the information lives:
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, or to withdraw consent. To make a request about information we control, contact us using the details below. We cannot remotely access, correct, or delete records stored on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. If a change materially affects how the App handles your information, we will update the App or the store listings as appropriate.
