These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Grace. Grace is developed and operated by Viktor Arsovski. NoAddedSugar, SkoolDev, and ViksaaSkool are internet and developer aliases used by Viktor Arsovski and are not separate legal entities. Grace is published on Google Play under the developer name ViksaaSkool. When distributed through the Apple App Store, the seller name is Viktor Arsovski. In these Terms, “Grace,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Viktor Arsovski.
These Terms apply to the Grace Android app, the Grace iOS app (each, the “App”), and the Grace website at blessameal.com (the “Website”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App or Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. You should review these Terms periodically; the current version is always published on this page.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over who can enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. If you are a minor, use the App only with approval from a parent or guardian where required by your jurisdiction. The App is not directed at children under 13 and is not offered in the Apple App Store Kids Category.
Grace is an entertainment application. It checks whether a photo you provide looks like a meal, then adds a humorous “blessing” watermark to that image. The App is a joke and is not a religious service, a religious authority, or a substitute for religious or spiritual practice.
The App uses on-device image classification to estimate whether an image looks like food. This classification is approximate and may be wrong. A result from the App is not a statement about what an image actually contains and is not a judgement about you, your meal, your faith, or your conduct.
If an image is recognized as food, the App creates a watermarked copy. The “blessing” is a visual effect and an image watermark only. No divine, religious, or supernatural action occurs, and no religious official or body is involved.
You are responsible for the photos you capture or select and for having the right to use them. You should not select photos that contain other people without their permission, or that contain private, sensitive, or unlawful content.
Captured, selected, and blessed images are stored locally on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. In the current version, the App does not automatically delete these files. You can remove them by clearing the App’s storage or deleting the App. You are responsible for managing the content stored on your device.
The App can open your device’s native share sheet so you can send a blessed image or an invitation message to a destination you choose. Sharing only happens when you start it. We do not control, receive, or store what you share. The destination you choose handles the content under its own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for what you share and with whom.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by applicable law or an applicable open-source license.
The App, including its design, graphics, branding, watermark assets, and content, is the intellectual property of Viktor Arsovski or his licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Grace branding and artwork are not licensed for reuse. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for attribution or to link to those services only. NoAddedSugar, SkoolDev, and ViksaaSkool are aliases used by Viktor Arsovski and are not separate owners.
The App uses third-party software and platform services, including Google ML Kit on Android and Apple frameworks on iOS. Your use of those components may also be subject to their own terms. If any source code is published under an open-source license, that code remains governed by that license, and nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under it.
The App may load legal pages from the Website and may open external pages in your browser, including GitHub Pages, Google Play, and the Apple App Store. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their availability, security, or content. Your download of the App and any future purchases or subscriptions are also subject to the terms and policies of the store through which you obtained the App.
If you obtained the App through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
Features may differ by platform and app version. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or Website at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the latest version will be published on this page with a revised date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or completely secure, or that image classification will produce any particular result.
Grace is not religious, pastoral, medical, nutritional, allergy, food-safety, or emergency advice. See the Disclaimer for additional details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viktor Arsovski and Grace contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or your access to it if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of North Macedonia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
